Your Long Island Congressional delegation will attend our annual union town hall meeting facilitated by the Long Island Federation of Labor. US House of Representative members Carolyn McCarthy, Gary Ackerman, Steve Israel and Tim Bishop will address key issues and answer pertinent questions affecting working families. Also we can expect that both New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand will attend. Remember to wear your green Local 1049 tee shirt. If you don't have one we will give you one! Don't miss this informative event.
